Choices for your property

Level 2 Home Survey - Homebuyer Report
This survey highlights any significant defects, urgent issues or areas that may require repair, helping you avoid unexpected costs after moving in. It also provides an informed view of the general condition of the property, so you can make confident decisions and plan ahead.
Your report will be clear, easy to understand and free from unnecessary jargon. Key findings are supported with photographs and straightforward explanations, making it easier to identify and understand any areas of concern.
Where appropriate, I will also outline recommended remedial works and highlight issues that may need further investigation, giving you a practical next step rather than just a list of problems.
As your surveyor, I am available to talk through the report with you after delivery, ensuring you fully understand the findings and what they mean for your purchase.

Level 3 Home Survey - Full Building Survey
This detailed survey provides an in-depth assessment of the property’s structure and condition, identifying both visible and potential hidden defects. It is particularly suited to properties that have been extended, altered, or require significant renovation, giving you a clear understanding of the risks and likely costs involved.
Your report will include thorough explanations of any issues found, along with practical advice on repairs, maintenance and future considerations. Where necessary, I will highlight areas that may require further investigation, helping you make informed decisions before committing to the purchase.
In addition to the main findings, the report also covers key areas such as energy efficiency, fire safety and means of escape, as well as general security considerations — providing a well-rounded view of the property as a whole.
As with all my surveys, the report is clear, structured and jargon-free, and I am available to talk through the findings with you, ensuring you fully understand what they mean for your purchase.
